 This is the Quaker Parrot Desktop Theme--currently
the only one available on the internet, and freely distributed. A desktop theme is only
for users of Windows 95/98/2000. This and other desktop themes generally contain the
following items:

If you are using Windows 95, and you have Microsoft Plus! installed, then your
computer will support desktop themes. Windows 98 has desktop themes as a built-in feature.
However, if you are using Windows 95, and do not have Microsoft Plus!
installed, then you will have to download a program that will allow you to install desktop
themes.
Please click here to download Desktop Themes, a nifty shareware program
that allows Windows 95 users to use desktop themes. It is a zip file, so you will need a
program such as WinZip to unzip it. Even if you
already are able to use desktop themes, please make sure you already have an unzipper,
because you will need it to unzip the desktop theme itself.
