There are certain things you must do to make the theme and all of its components
work properly. Thank you!

Installing the Theme

1. Browse to the location where you saved the file and open it.
2. When the WinZip screen comes up, or whichever other unZipper you use, click extract, or Unzip.
3. When the Options screen comes up, type C:\ as the location to unzip to. Make sure All Files is selected, as well as Overwrite Existing Files and Use Folder Names.
4. You may then click Extract, or OK.
   The theme will now be installed; however it won't be set up.

Preparing Your Computer

1. Go to Start | Settings | and select Control Panel
2. Click "Display" and select the "Settings" tab.
3. Where it says "Colors" selct "High Color (16 bit)," or better.
4. Set the "Screen Area," or Resolution to at least 800 x 600 pixels(this may seem a bit small at first if you were using 640 x 480. However, this is definately a better resolution, and the theme looks much better in this, as do many websites.)
5. Click "OK"

Setting Up the Theme*

1. Click Start | Settings | and select Control Panel
2. In Control Panel, Select Desktop Themes
3. Click the "down arrow", and go all the way to the bottom and select "Other..."
4. Browse to: "C:\Program Files\Plus!\Themes\quakers\" and Select "Qauker" or "Quaker.theme." Click "Open"
5. You will see a preview of the theme. Select "OK" and the theme will be setup.

*If you are using the Desktop Themes software previously downloaded on Page 1:

1. Click Start | Programs | Desktop Themes | and select Desktop Themes
2. Select the "Install" tab and click "Browse"
3. Browse to: "C:\Program Files\Plus!\Themes\quakers\" and Select "Qauker" or "Quaker.theme." Click "Open"
4. Select "OK" and the Theme will be setup on your computer.

Setting Up the Screensaver

1. Go to Start | Settings | and select Control Panel
2. Click "Display" and select the "Screensaver" tab.
3. Select "QuakerSaver" if it is not already selected. Click the "Settings..." button.
4. The QuakerSaver program window will pop-up. Select the "Settings" button from this window.
   NOTE: If you want to password-protect your screensaver, you must set it at this screen, not the Windows' screen.
5. On the "Screen Saver" tab, you may set your own start time. It is recommended that you set the Display to 5 seconds for each image. Anything longer just keeps the image too long.
6. Make sure that the "Enlarge" selection is unchecked and tile the pictures is checked(your choice here--it looks better tiled though because the pictures themselves don't fill the screen and the effects are not noticable if they are not tiled)
7. Make sure "Random Image Order" is checked, and "Show Picture Titles" is unchecked; there are no titles. Also make sure "Sound Effects" is selected. Everything else on this tab is your choice.
8. Slect the "Effects" tab.
9. Make sure the Duration is set to "Long" and all of the effects are checked.
