Stanley's quakerville.com and QuakerVille.com are web sites dedicated to offering a unique service to quaker parakeet owners. QuakerVille (www.quakerville.com and www.quakerville.com) hosts the web sites as a digital gallery to quaker parakeet owners to display their quaker parakeets for entertainment. It is the intention of Jon-Mark Davey, Davey Digital dba to "trademark" the domain name quakerville for this purpose. The name "Stanley's quakerville" is also trademarked for the main web sites hosted on the doman name server of quakerville.com and quakerville.com.

The logo for Stanley's quakerville web sites is shown above.  This logo represents Stanley's quakerville.com and quakerville.com, products, and services and is wholly owned by Davey Digital in Fort Lauderdale Florida.

Quakerville is also a branded trademark as of January 1999 as products were sold at that time.

Stanley's QuakerVille started as a non-domain name service in 1996 and moved to the domain name quakerville.com in March of 1998 intact with a dozen or more clients. Since it was already operational at the time, actual startup of the services on www.quakerville.com was almost immediate. In the six months following registration it has been proven that no other entities are registered as "quakerville" appearing on search engines, web sites or pages, or other conflicting mediums. It is the intent to trademark the above usage of the words, phrases, and logos for internet use, multi-media use which would include but not be limited to CD or DVD productions and video or television productions including television programs for air, pre-recorded material or other branded material. It is also the intent to reserve these above trademarks for other uses such as but not limited to theme park names, or hotel names. QuakerVille, quakerville.com, quakerville.com, Stanley's QuakerVille are now reserved and owned by Jon-Mark Davey, DBA Davey Digital.

Logo and trademark usage is as follows:

1. Links to quakerville.com or www.quakerville.com or .com (same name) should include the name "Stanley's QuakerVille", "QuakerVille", or "quakerville.com" and link to the web domain name quakerville.com or www.quakerville.com.

2. "Stanley's quakerville.com" logo is available on this page for copying to a web site for use as a link button that is linked to quakerville.com or www.quakerville.com.

3. Use of the logo or trademark for negative purposes is prohibited.

4. Any use of the logo must be approved by Davey Digital or Jon-Mark Davey and this permission may be rescinded at any time by the owner.
